Menu: Native Summer Greens Salad

A choice of Lobster Salad or Chicken Salad accompanied by Native Summer Vegetables and Alberto's house dressing.

For dessert there will be Frozen Passion Fruit Sorbet Bombe dipped in white chocolate with a drizzle of raspberry coulis.
